Questions about our process, certifications, and what to expect from an inspection.
Alpine Environmental holds Certified Asbestos Consultant (CAC) and Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) credentials from California DOSH. We're also certified lead inspectors and assessors through CDPH, with NIOSH 582 certification. These credentials mean we understand the regulations and know how to conduct inspections that satisfy regulatory requirements.
Inspection duration depends on property size and the scope of work. A standard asbestos or lead inspection typically takes several hours. We'll provide a timeline when you schedule, and we work efficiently without cutting corners on thoroughness.
Alpine Environmental provides inspections, assessments, and cleanup guidance. We develop detailed remediation plans and conduct post-remediation inspections to verify work was done correctly. We partner with qualified contractors for the actual cleanup work.
We operate under SCAQMD Rule 1403, California Code of Regulations Title 8 Section 1529, EPA standards including 40 CFR 61 Subpart M and 40 CFR 763, and OSHA requirements. Our work meets all applicable federal and state environmental standards.
